The plain version: whatever you send through this website gets used to answer your question and quote your fence, and for nothing beyond that. Your details are not sold, and they are not handed to anybody who wants to sell you something.

Information we hold

Only what you hand over. That is the estimate form, plus whatever you say on a call or in a text. In practice it is usually a name and a phone number. Email, the street or part of Burbank the project is in, and a description of the fence you want are all optional fields, and plenty of people leave them blank.

Why we hold it

• So we can reply to you and put together a written price.
• So we can book and run the on-site estimate, and then the work itself.
• So we can check back on the project, where you have asked us to.

Your details are not used for unrelated marketing. They are never rented or sold.

How the estimate form works

The form posts to a handler on this site's own domain, a Cloudflare Pages Function, and the submission reaches us as an email. No outside form service and no marketing platform sit in between. Cloudflare processes the request so it can be delivered, and a hidden field catches automated spam, which is why this page carries no reCAPTCHA and nothing from Google behind it. We keep your enquiry for as long as it takes to serve you and to keep a sensible business record, then it goes.

Cookies and measurement

No advertising cookies are set by this site, and no profile of you is built here. There are no third-party ad trackers on these pages. Should we ever add a plain, privacy-respecting count of page visits, this section gets rewritten to say exactly what is being counted before any of it starts.

What you can ask for

Say the word and we delete what you sent, or stop contacting you, or both. A call, a text, or an email is enough, and no reason is required.
